Mark Mullins has spent over two decades working in and around mining and heavy industry across Australia. His background spans operational leadership, workforce strategy, and business management, with deep experience across gold, iron ore, lithium, and industrial services.

Before founding Tethra, Mark built and led a specialist recruitment business serving the resources sector. That experience gave him an uncommon perspective on why operations succeed or struggle: he has seen hundreds of teams from the inside, assessed thousands of leaders, and learned what actually makes the difference between a site that runs well and one that just gets by.

Tethra is the consulting firm Mark wished existed when he was advising clients on their people and operational challenges. Practical, senior, and direct.
